Sizwe Hosmed Merger

Sizwe and Hosmed have amalgamated effective 1st November 2021.

Please note the following:

• Administrator - 3Sixty Health

• Sizwe options will be found under scheme name Sizwe (Sizwe Hosmed).

• Hosmed options will be found under scheme name Hosmed (Sizwe Hosmed).

This change will reflect as above until 31st December 2021. Effective 1st January 2022 the scheme name will appear as Sizwe Hosmed with all the Hosmed and Sizwe plans. The above will reflect on the 12th November Medprax file.
