• Service Fee Increase:

We have succeeded in keeping our service fees at their present level for the past four years, but regrettably find it necessary to increase your subscription fee effective from the 1st May 2009.  Your subscription will increase by a total of R14. If you are subscribed to receive all three of our data files this effectively means a 6% increase. We still believe that your subscription cost will be recovered over and over with rejection-free claims, correct prices and telephone cost saving.

• File Delivery:

The New Data Downloader takes the stress and effort out of getting your weekly data files by automatically downloading and extracting your files for you, if you have ADSL call or e-mail now to find out more!

• Quality Assurance - Schemes:

Medprax works closely together with Medical Aids, Switch, Healthbridge, Qualsa, Medikredit and Mediscor to provide our clients with all the relevant up to date Medical Aid information and transmission codes required for electronic claim submission. This comprehensive information is continually sourced, updated and supplied to you for direct immediate and easy access within you PMA ensuring rejection-free claims.
